Hello. I just downloaded v0.84 and installed it on my Treo 600.
It installed fine but now I when I try to run the application, I get an error message: "Error 33: Unsupported bitmap format".
Any advice?
[Also, the spanish language text on this bulletin board makes life difficult for me -- I don't speak Spanish. I just happen to have used a lot of BBoards in the past, so was able to figure it out (sort of).]

Would you know roughly how many kb of data gets transferred each time I post (assuming I use all 140 characters)? I don't want to be shocked by data charges when my bill arrives at the end of the month.

Gracias for TreoTwit! I'm about to set it up on my 700p to use for my Veg Out! Austin tweets. One request: I'd love to easily be able to switch between multiple accounts from the client. Right now, I'm planning on using SMS for my personal tweets (unwiredben) and the client for my Veg Out! ones (vegoutaustin).

I tried posting an update using TreoTwit 0.85 around an hour ago but got a "DNS error" message. It was working fine yesterday.
I'm guessing this is a temporary problem, but thought I'd mention it just the same.

I'm able to send using TreoTwit again. Just thought y'all would want to know. I don't know what caused the problem before and I don't know what solved it. Maybe someone was rebooting. hehe.

Hi bcombee... TreoTwit asks you only for your Twitter user id and password, but does not ask for your cell number.
So if you have two Twitter accounts and you want to update one of them using SMS, and the second one using TreoTwit, I think you can do that even with the current version of TreoTwit (v0.85).
You just have to make sure that your cell number is associated with the Twitter account that you'll be updating by SMS, since that's the one that's sensitive to the originating phone-number.
Hopefully someone from mitreo.com will correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi. Great app. It would be nice if you have a Clip board to C&P text. One also loses text if you exit Twitter for Treo and relaunch it without hitting Update first.

Please introduce in the next version the ability to follow the freinds update.. like this is pointless is like be alone or disconnected from twitter.

I guess we're opposites. I actually like TreoTwit the way it is because it cuts down on my GPRS transfer costs (I pay per KB). So I prefer to only pay for the kb needed to send a tweet.
When I want to view other people's tweets, I now default to Twitter Mobile, and sometimes to Twapper.

ya no actualizaron esta aplicacion
bueno sería bueno comentarles, si pudieran hecharle andar unas mejoras o perfeccionamientos 
como:
Que no desconecte o qque se mantenga la coneccion de internet, al salir de la aplic ya que salgo de TrwoTwit y se desconecta
Que mantenga la ultima frase, escrita o tecleada, o mejor aun que guardare las ultimas, posteadas
En menu, Agregar, Edición Copiar, pegar, cortar, Teclado (K)

TreoTwit should be opening m.twitter.com in the palm browser rather than twitter.com so it displays the mobile version of the web page, or this should be a configuration option.

I have problems using German Umlaute (äöüß). TreoTwit will truncate text after the first Umlaut, although all text is shown on the Treo.
Other than that, it's GREAT!

Aun se desconcta al salir! de la aplicacion, la coneccion internet se desconecta, si sales de la aplicacion, debiera haber, de perdido opcion a configurar si salgo que se desconecte o no,,,
La aplic, ha jabilitado esas webs mobiles, muy buena!! Felicidades, me encanta
